Arts and Letters Daily: interesting stuff on current events.
Bicycle Inn: my all-time favorite vacation spot, owned by my good friend Michael Davis, former owner of Pro Bikes.
Clusterfuck Nation by Jim kunstler. Commentary on current events, usually focusing on oil and other energy issues. His home page is not as polished, but free of distracting comments from readers.
Eric Sink's blog: sometimes inspiring and often informative about the software business. It's been a while since I delved into his writing, but I remember some great articles of his on Microsoft's developer site. This one on transparency, and this one on 1-person companies, in particular.
GameSpy.com: game reviews and previews. The writing is passable, because the subject itself is just barely passable. I love video games, but 85% of what the game industry produces is crap. You have to bear that in mind.
Guy Kawasaki's blog: funny and informative stuff about entrepreneurship, venture capitalism. Very good public speaker.
Internet News: technology news for when I need a break at work.
Joel on Software: Joel Spolsky is a bit of a celebrity in the programming world. I admit it's been forever since I read his stuff, but mentioning him will maybe up my cred a little.
Lvl: the best Quake 3 Arena map source there is.
Mini-Microsoft. Sometimes fascinating look behind the scenes at Microsoft via this anonymous blog.
My Useless Knowledge: Quite detailed--and useless!--info about G.I. Joe and Star Wars.
Pro Bikes: my bike shop since 1982. Check out my photos on the site. There are also several by friend of mine Adam Garry which are good.
Sam Harris' web site: author of End of Faith and Letter to a Christian Nation. Check out the Interviews section.
Sascha's blog: cyclist pen pal up in Minnesota.
Sasha Frere-Jones' blog: awesome music critic (for the New Yorker), but his blog is mostly photography and pointless inside jokes and conversation fragments. It's the photography I like, mainly.
The Oil Drum: "Discussion about energy and our future."
To Here Knows Web: the most comprehensive site on My Bloody Valentine that I know of.
